HDR file format
This format is used to store bitmap images but otherwise has enhanced performance levels of color and brightness. It blends exposures to capture indistinct tones in the shadows or detail the areas highly illuminated in an image. HDR has the ability to combine numerous images which differ in their distribution of light leading to the creation of quality images.
The pixel value of a HDR file can enclose the entire tonal range that exist in the real world. Images have the ability to show the largest possible range of pixel values. Capturing direct light and utmost shadows present with color portrayed in a manner that is life like. The creation of HDR can be done in two ways, by combining different photographs in a certain way or through the use of image sensors that are unique.
