Though still exclusive to Shanda Bambook, Samsung has adopted the file format by creating a mobile application that can read .snb files. Some companies that produce eBook devices that possess cross-compatibility capability with several eBook formats could also access SNB file content. Since significant players in the eBook publishing business upgrade their reading devices almost every year, Shanda Corporation is gradually losing its electronic publishing influence as their last device upgrade was released in 2011.
Technical details	🔵 The SNB file is a user-friendly format and qualifies as one of the few advanced structures because of its light data weight and responsiveness; it is equally compatible with several other eBook formats. Samsung's S Note application can save notes on smartphones in more generic formats like PDF and JPG. Accessing contents of an SNB file on a computer, on the other hand, requires an amendment of its .snb extension by a simple renaming to .zip. The ZIP equivalent of the SNB file can then have its content extracted using an appropriate program.
